Please note, taxes such as GST and VAT may not be covered and this is the responsibility of the customer.
Orders placed after 3pm will be sent next working day (excludes bank holidays, weekends and busy sale periods).
If you choose to leave your order in a safe place, we are not responsible for this and do not hold responsibility, if the parcel is lost or damaged after it has been delivered to a safe place.

Delivery Process
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email tells you that we have received your order and will show you information such as: products ordered, order number and your shipping location.
You will receive a second email once your order is dispatched. This is your shipping confirmation. This will include your tracking details and tracking number.
On the date of delivery, you will receive a text/email notification of your delivery window.
